Toyota adds powers for Tundra

The pickup of the sample of 2011 receives modernised V6 in the improved basic set.

The US division of Toyota Motor publishes the data about pickup Tundra 2011. Modernisation base, 4,0-litre petrol engine V6 becomes the Most appreciable change. Engine power considerably increased with 236 to 270HP (thanks to application of the improved system of an automatic adjustment of phases of gas distribution Dual VVT-i).

In total for Tundra is offered three engines: all of them on petrol base. Base is aforementioned 4,0-litre V6, and it followed by two eight-cylinder: 4,6-litre and 5,7-litre.

It's possible to notice that the list of complete sets for Tundra 2011 is a little simplified. For a basis the company took 28 most popular variants. They are based on several parametres: three types of a cabin (Regular, Double Cab and Crew Max), three wheelbases, three variants of length of a cargo platform and three engines.

Popular Models of Pickups

By and large, complete sets only two: base and maximum, however, for legendary pickup special packages of equipment will be offered still: sports SR5, utilitarian Work Truck and maximum comfortable Platinum Package.
