Lexus updates hybrid sedan LS600h

On the international motor show in Frankfurt the world premiere of updated hybrid sedan Lexus LS600h has taken place. The car has received the modernised power-plant and little changes in appearance, including a new lattice of a radiator, other forward and back bumper, other headlights of head light and back lanterns.

The hybrid power-plant updated Lexus LS600h which total power makes 439HP (520Nm), includes five-litre petrol engine V8, the 221-strong electromotor and the complete set of special accumulators. According to the Japanese motor-car manufacturer, from 0 to 100 km/h such car is accelerated for 6,3 seconds. Level of emissions CO2 at LS600h is equal 219 g/km, and the average expense of fuel — 9,2 l/100 km.

Besides, engineers Lexus have changed an arrangement of accumulators of a hybrid power-plant that has allowed to increase free space in a luggage carrier. I will notice, that updated Lexus LS600h also it will be equipped with the new six-piston brake mechanisms developed together with Brembo.

The novelty will be offered in the version with the standard and extended base. Car sales start in the beginning of next year. Car cost yet is not informed.
